**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate calls to potential clients and customers to promote products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and providing necessary information.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily reports on call metrics, lead status, and customer feedback.

**Required Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to convince and influence customers effectively.
- **Listening Skills**: Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
