Key Responsibilities: -Develop, write, and edit original content for digital platforms, focusing on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube. -Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute content strategies that align with company goals. -Stayup-to-date with the latest trends in social media and content marketing. -Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics) to enhance written content and drive social media engagement. -Monitor social media channels, responding promptly to comments and inquiries to foster community engagement and customer service. -Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and effectiveness. -Beableto manipulate content for digital marketing requirements & ad spends, across mediums & channels -Workwith a graphic designer to ensure visual representation of content is up to the mark across channels -Adapt content to newsletters & whatsapp outreach, as required -Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content materials. -Conduct research and interview industry experts to gather information and insights for content development. -Submit a Monthly report outlining performance of Digital channels Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. -Proven experience as a content creator, social media creator or similar role. -Strong writing and editing skills with an excellent eye for detail. -Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms -Familiarity with SEO principles and social media marketing best practices. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Shift timings and hours of work: - TheEmployee’s shift timings and hours of work per day will be governed by the applicable policies of the Employer. - Without prejudice to the above, the Employee must be available to work 6 days per week, including either Saturdays or Sundays and must also be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, early mornings and holidays. - TheEmployee shall be required to work a maximum of 48 hours each week. - Forthe purpose of this Agreement, a “week” begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
