**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our RDT recruitment team, where you will play a pivotal role in building the future of the Veeam Data Cloud product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, driving strategic hiring initiatives and attracting top-tier technical talent. Your expertise will directly shape high impact engineering teams, enabling innovative solutions that set new industry standards. **What You'll Do**:

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

**What You'll Bring**:

- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D or engineering roles
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and other HR technologies
- In-depth understanding of IT recruitment trends, market challenges, and industry best practices
- Superior analytical abilities, enabling data-driven hiring decisions
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and convey technical terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

**Bonus Skills**:

- University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Passion for continuous learning, especially within the field of technical recruitment
- Experience working with multiple HR or recruitment systems simultaneously
