We are looking for reservations associate who have worked in **hotel industry only.**

- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Should have excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations

Additionally, reservations associates may need to process payments, confirm reservations, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation are often key requirements for this role.
