Entrata’s Talent Partner is who we rely on to collaborate with our leaders to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for all roles in their business unit. We are looking for a strategic partner who is motivated by identifying creative ways to cultivate a pipeline of passive and active talent for this group.

As part of our Talent Team, based in Lehi, UT, this role requires the ability to execute on a talent acquisition strategy for a variety of roles. As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting Talent for Entrata

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Become the CEO of your Entrata experience taking ownership of your decisions, impact and growth by charting your own path
- Submit all background checks for new hires, domestic and international
- Oversee event logistics and provide support as needed for recruiting events (i.e. university recruiting, internal meetings, etc.)
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- A team player mentality and a true people person capable of building trust effortlessly
- Able to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
- Proficient with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.).
- You have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1+ years experience in recruiting or schedule/coordination is a plus
- Experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency
- Any experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working in the Saas industry
