**A Day in the Life **:In this role as a TA Operations Coordinator, you will mainly support the Global Talent & Leadership Development (GTLD) - Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) related work for Pune MiniMed.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
- Provides centralized human resource administration and TA Ops support.
- Provide interview scheduling support for Director and above roles.
- Preboarding and hiring support including recruitment & internship Coordination Support.
- Administer and follow-up on Background Verification Screening Coordination and Adjudication management.
- Ensures transactions and data entry are processed accurately.
- Administrative support like new hires documents collection and uploading
- Conduct Onboarding Induction for new hires
- Purchase Order and Expense management - Invoice processing and Vendor management
- Manage TA Ops related queries via case management ticketing system
- Other Reporting and TA Ops Ad-hoc support for APAC (if required)

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proactiveness and initiative towards stakeholders’ collaboration
- PO invoicing and management and vendor management experience
- Interview Scheduling and Background Verification Screening Coordination experience
