**Job Overview**

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and upkeep of all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure within the organization. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The Maintenance Executive will work closely with the facilities team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on all equipment and infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety.
- Perform minor repairs on equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.

**Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance to prevent costly repairs.

**Troubleshooting and Repairs**:

- Diagnose issues with machinery, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform or coordinate necessary repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of essential tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure the availability of maintenance supplies and order replacements as necessary.

**Vendor and Contractor Coordination**:

- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
- Obtain quotations and manage maintenance budgets to optimize costs.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and address any potential hazards in the facility.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities, costs, and facility condition for management review.

**Energy Management**:

- Monitor and control energy usage within the facility, suggesting improvements for energy efficiency.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:
**Electrician License is a must,** Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Any Degree, or a related field

**Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
