**Position**: Maintenance Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential systems at both retreats.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues in buildings, grounds, and equipment, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Manage the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, costs, and repairs.
- Implement energy conservation measures and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Train and guide maintenance staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the management team to prioritize maintenance projects based on budget and urgency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Flexible to work on weekends and in shifts as required.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in maintenance-related disciplines will be an advantage.
