**Internship Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and driven **Marketing & Sales Intern** to support our real estate sales and promotional activities. This role offers valuable exposure to the real estate sales cycle—from lead generation to client conversion—and provides hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, client interaction, and on-site property promotions.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support**
- Assist in lead generation through calls, online listings, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
- Participate in property showings and project launch events.
- Maintain client databases and update CRM systems regularly.

**Marketing Activities**
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Support social media marketing by drafting posts, tracking engagement, and coordinating with digital teams.
- Help organize and execute promotional campaigns and real estate expos.

**Client Interaction**
- Follow up with potential clients for feedback and documentation.
- Handle initial inquiries and explain basic property details.
- Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience during all interactions.

**Market Research**
- Collect and analyze competitor listings, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Prepare short reports on local real estate developments and buyer preferences.

**Learning Outcomes**
- First-hand exposure to real estate marketing and direct sales techniques.
- Improved interpersonal and client handling skills.
- Insight into the use of CRM and digital marketing tools in the property sector.
- Real-time understanding of property listings, promotions, and sales documentation.

**Eligibility & Skills**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and real estate trends is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
