**Freelance Payroll & Responsibilities for Export Sales**

Job Title: Freelance Export Sales & Social Media Freelancer

Pay Structure

1. Lead Generation:
₹100 per qualified lead that meets the following criteria:
The lead must be interested in importing Indian marble or granite.

The lead must not already exist in the company's CRM system.

2. Social Media Management:
Daily activity on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and export platforms like Alibaba:
Create and post engaging posts, reels, and stories.

Share content in relevant groups and communities.

Use features like Tag and Invite to Collaborate to boost visibility.

3. Sales Conversion:
₹8,000 per successful customer acquisition where the customer makes a purchase.

4. International Freelancer Recruitment:
₹1,000 per international sales freelancer successfully recruited and committed to serious work for one month.

Lead Generation Conditions

Qualified Leads:
Only leads interested in importing Indian marble or granite will be counted.

CRM Verification:
Leads already present in the CRM will not qualify for payment.

Skills Required

Expertise in social media content creation and lead generation.

Proficiency in video editing for reels and stories.

Strong sales pitching and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation:
Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and export platforms (Alibaba, etc.) to identify and qualify leads.

Engage with prospects to confirm their interest in importing Indian marble or granite.

Add qualified leads to the CRM system, ensuring no duplicates exist.

2. Content Creation:
Post daily content (posts, reels, stories) on social media platforms.

Share posts in industry-relevant groups and engage with potential customers.

3. Sales Recruitment:
Identify and recruit international freelancers for sales roles.

Note:
Payments for lead generation, sales conversions, and freelancer recruitment will be reviewed and disbursed monthly.

Consistency and quality of work will be monitored.
