Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Rental Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Promoting and selling Earthmoving machines and related parts.
- Identifying and developing new rental tie-ups with contractors, companies, and institutions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieving monthly sales and rental targets.
- Coordinating with the operations team for machine availability and delivery.
- Market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Building team as per requirement

Requirements:

- Graduate (preferably in Business/Engineering/Commerce).
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales or rental business (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Knowledge of construction equipment rental will be an advantage.
