Earthmoving Sales Specialist

Job Profile

We are seeking an accomplished Earthmoving Sales Specialist to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, coordinating with the operations team for product availability and delivery, conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, and building a high-performing sales team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets by meeting customer needs and expectations
• Coordinate with operations team for product availability and delivery
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Build a high-performing sales team to support business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Commerce (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel for client visits
• Knowledge of construction equipment is an advantage
