You won’t just be working at a startup, you’ll be working with people who’ve built ecosystems from zero to one.

**The Impact You’ll Make**

We’re looking for a high-agency, Social Media native and detail-obsessed individual to join us as a **Strategy & Operations Associate**. This is not a typical 9-5 role; you’ll be working directly with the founders on everything from business development and investor conversations to product experiments, content, and internal ops.

You'll be a key part of the business team: researching, documenting, problem-solving, and executing on ideas that matter. If you're the kind of person who learns fast, thrives in chaos, and turns ambiguity into action, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own projects end-to-end: from framing problems → running analyses → driving execution.
- Build and optimize dashboards, processes, and workflows that scale.
- Partner with leadership on new initiatives (e.g., market entry, GTM design, partnerships).
- Deep-dive into data to uncover insights and recommend actions.
- Coordinate across teams (product, growth, ops) to make sure execution sticks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Must-haves_
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, research, operations, consulting, or high-output startup environments
- Strong writing and communication skills, you should be able to put together a doc or deck from scratch
- Social Media native and analytical thinker with the ability to connect dots and make informed suggestions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and unstructured environment
- Highly reliable, organized, and efficient, someone who lives for productivity
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working directly with a founder/CEO
- Prior experience in zero-to-one environments or leadership in startups is a plus.
