**Roles & Responsibilities**

**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Listing of new brands and products, enhancing the content of existing products, planning communications and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Conceiving and creating new product discovery content and promotions, in keeping with the standards of Smytten
- Building store fronts ( app & web), promotional pages, consumer incentives
- Curating a thoughtful discovery and shopping experience for our members, with aconstant eye to iterating and improving the overall member experience

**Required Skills**:

- Location: Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore
- 1yr Experience in **Merchandising**:

- Must be from **core e-Commerce background** only
- Someone who has **experience in listing of new brands and products, enhancing the content of existing products**:

- Has done **planning communications and promotions** to drive customer engagement and sales.
- **5 days working from office** and alternate Saturdays are working.
- **Target Companies**:

- Grooming, Health, and Wellness, and Food and beverages

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
