**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Voice & Accent, Soft Skills, and Communication training for new hires and existing staff.
- Coach agents on correct pronunciation, grammar, modulation, and fluency.
- Design and deliver training modules focused on improving spoken English, customer interaction, and call handling.
- Use tools and activities to neutralize accents and improve comprehension.
- Monitor and evaluate trainees' performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure improvement.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify training needs based on call audits and customer feedback.
- Conduct refresher sessions and ongoing language development programs.
- Develop customized training materials and content based on process requirements.
- Maintain training reports, assessments, and improvement records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree (any stream); English or Communication preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in a BPO/Call Center.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for coaching and mentoring.
- Familiarity with phonetics, intonation patterns, and neutralization techniques.
- Comfortable using audio-visual training tools and LMS platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
