**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct voice & accent, soft skills, and customer service training for new hires and existing agents.
- Design and deliver training modules aligned with business needs.
- Monitor trainees' progress and provide individual coaching as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Conduct refresher training to ensure continued performance improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Operations team to identify training gaps.
- Maintain training reports, feedback forms, and performance records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Voice/Communication Trainer in a domestic BPO.
- Excellent command of Hindi and English (or any regional languages as per business needs).
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and call center practices.
- Effective facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle batches of varying sizes and skill levels.
- Graduation in any stream (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
