- Conduct **voice, accent, and language training** for new hires and existing staff.
- Coach agents on **pronunciation, intonation, stress patterns, and clarity** of speech.
- Design and deliver customized **training modules** focused on communication, grammar, and soft skills.
- Conduct **language assessments** and provide performance feedback to improve speech and communication.
- Work closely with the operations and quality teams to identify communication gaps and address them through targeted training.

**Qualifications**:
