**Corporate Sales Executive - Events Company (with 3 Years Experience in Hospitality/Tourism)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and pursue new corporate clients for events, conferences, and meetings. Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Proposal Development**: Create and present tailored proposals and packages to potential clients, ensuring they meet their specific event needs.
- **Market Research & Strategy**: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- **Event Coordination**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events, from the initial client meeting to post-event follow-up.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure bookings while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking performance against targets.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
