**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write **short-form scripts (80 - 180 seconds)** for Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to brainstorm trending reel ideas.
- Research travel-related trends, hooks, and storytelling formats.
- Ensure scripts are **youth-centric, relatable, and engaging**.
- Adapt tone and style based on campaign goals (informative, fun, inspirational, sales-driven).
- Deliver scripts in a ready-to-shoot format with voiceover cues (where required).
- Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with Youthcamping’s marketing strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for **storytelling, travel, and youth culture**.
- Excellent writing skills in **English, Hindi, or Hinglish** (comfortable mixing for reels).
- Knowledge of **Instagram trends, hooks, and audience behavior**.
- Ability to write crisp, catchy, and impactful one-liners.
- Previous experience in content writing / scriptwriting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
