**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging scripts for YouTube ads, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's messaging and objectives.
- Create persuasive scripts for Facebook ads that capture attention and drive user engagement.
- Write inspirational and motivational scripts for personal videos aimed at inspiring our audience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audience.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video advertising and storytelling.
- Revise and iterate scripts based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all scripts produced.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality scripts under tight time constraints.
- Write scripts in both Hindi and English to cater to diverse audiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Script Writer, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a keen understanding of narrative structure.
- Ability to tailor messaging for different platforms and target audiences.
- Strong research skills to gather information and insights for script development.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in scriptwriting software or tools is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in video scriptwriting is highly desirable.
