**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Support monthly and year-end closing procedures.
- Enter data accurately into accounting software (e.g. Tally Prime, Vyapaar or Excel).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial data.
- Assist accountants and auditors during financial reviews or audits.
- Record and process daily financial transactions (e.g. invoices, receipts, payments).

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Tally Prime, Vyapaar) and MS Word & Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding financial data.

**Education and Experience**
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience is an advantage but not always required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
