The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks handling GST compliance and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Prior experience in a manufacturing or textile garment environment is highly desirable Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Manage inventory accounting cost of goods sold COGS and production-related financial entries Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 Maintain accurate records of input tax credit ITC and GST reconciliation Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable Handle invoicing purchase entries vendor payments and credit control Reconcile bank statements ledger accounts and vendor customer accounts Ensure timely TDS calculation deduction and return filing Assist with payroll entries and statutory compliance PF ESI if applicable Coordinate with CA or auditors for financial statements tax audits and assessments Generate regular reports for management on cash flow profitability and inventory valuation Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance M Com or MBA Finance preferred 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing or garment industry Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Strong understanding of GST rules returns and reconciliation Working knowledge of inventory and costing systems in manufacturing Proficient in MS Excel Word and accounting tools Knowledge of TDS Income Tax PF and ESI Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
