Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing designs, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various mediums such as digital, and social media.
- Develop and execute designs that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message.
- Generate motion graphics and animations using tools like After Effects to enhance visual storytelling.
- Utilize Figma for collaborative design work, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all designs and deliverables.
- Prioritize speed and efficiency in completing tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Qualification & Skill requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Motion Designing, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects across various mediums.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to design challenges.
- Strong self-motivation and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and design technologies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹241,742.92 - ₹557,287.87 per year
