- Generating leads with corporate clients and working on the leads
- To manage and maintain a good network within the HR network to facilitate building of brand name and business
- To maintain relations and regular contacts with clients to ensure constant flow of business and facilitate resolution of their problems
- Developing proposals for various prospective clients
- Transitions new accounts to the client team seamlessly
- To work closely with the delivery team, Clients and others in identifying business opportunities and delivering services
- Provide timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data required for purposes of management reporting and sales forecasting.
