**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. Detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- customer salesIdentifying new areas of opportunities and business
- Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
- Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative technology
- Generating leads through cold calling and explaining about company services
- Generating sales through the leads that will be provided and follow up on the same for closure
- Creates marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
- Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested
- Need to have good telephone etiquettes
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

**Requirement**:

- Good team development and leadership skills
- Fluency in English
- Should be aware of lead generation methods
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
