We are looking for a Bench sales Recruiter having an aggressive approach towards work. We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented recruiter who has strong work ethics and strong commitment levels. Strong Verbal and Written communication skills are MUST HAVE for this role.

**Job title**: Bench sales Recruiter
**Education**: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Graduate
**Experience**: 1-3yrs
**Working hours**: 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST
**Location**: Mumbai
**Joining**: Immediate
- Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC,
- Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
- Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required.
- Communicating with the consultants on a monthly Basis and update about submission and interviews.
