Event Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients for event sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
2. **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Ensure client satisfaction by understanding and meeting their event needs.
3. **Event Planning Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the event planning and operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Communicate client requirements effectively to the internal team.
4. **Market Research and Strategy**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance event sales strategies.
5. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

**Salary Range**: 30,000/- to 40,000/- plus incentive
