**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure packaging is consistent with brand and buyer specifications.
- Maintain and manage stock levels of all packaging materials including boxes, polybags, tissue paper, stickers, etc.
- Work closely with the production and QC teams to ensure correct packing before dispatch.
- Raise requisitions and follow up for packaging material procurement.
- Create and maintain a checklist system to verify packaging accuracy for each order.
- Conduct final checks on packed goods for presentation and packaging compliance.
- Assist in setting up SOPs for packing processes and maintain packaging quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in product packaging coordination (têxtiles/home products preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of premium packaging standards.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and packaging variations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time
- 6 days/week, 9:30 to 6:30 pm
- On-site role at factory location

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurukul Indraprashtha, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Work: 2 years (preferred)
