About Us: Join Satyam Ford, a leading Authorised Ford service station committed to top-notch service and customer satisfaction. We seek a Telecaller cum Customer Care Executive to enhance our customer service and expand our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to inform customers about our services and promotions.
- Handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and address customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Assist with service bookings and coordinate with the service team.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Be responsible for any additional duties that are related to Customer Care

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer care, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
