- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
- Introduce company products/services to prospective clients over the phone.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address inquiries.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for lead generation.
- Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, aiming to convert leads into appointments.
