**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Provide detailed explanations of policy features, benefits, and terms.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and client interactions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Insurance Advisor/Agent.
- In-depth knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Certification from IRDAI (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
