Website: LinkedIn: We seek a dedicated and experienced Brand Advisor, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry and its products and services, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand. This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/ convert sales. Understanding of Brand principles and ethos, including brand positioning, values differentiation, & competitive analysis # Experience in B2C dealing with UHNI, international clients & Interior Designers. # Hands-on experience with Google Sheets or CRM software # Willing to travel 2 – 4 days a month Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the brand. Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services. * Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings # Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand. # Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines. # Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time # Represent the Brand in National/ International Art & Design events and private previews. # Graduate/ Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute.
