**CTC -**30,000 - 35,000 per month

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The Instructor will primarily be responsible for the smooth functioning of the centre and contribute to overall development and growth of Kids.
- Conducting Assessment Test & Achievement Test as per Kumon Method at the time of enrolment.
- Monitoring marking of class work and homework worksheets by centre staff and assisting if required.
- Finding the appropriate starting points by looking at the Diagnostic Graph.
- Determining the student's starting point.
- To set study projection for students.
- Administration of worksheets as per Kumon method.
- Assigning C.W and H.W worksheets to students.
- Making study plan and assess study plan for students on regular basis.
- Observing the student on the centre day while attempting worksheets.
- Providing feedback and update student's study projection with parents.

**Eligibility**:

- Should have Bachelor's degree.
- Good at Math and Reading Skills.
- Willingness to work with students of all ages and abilities.
- Have customer service attitude.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
