Renewal Executive- Female

**Job Summary**
The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of subscription/license/policy renewals. This role ensures timely renewals, maintains customer satisfaction, and contributes to revenue retention by proactively engaging with clients, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Renewal Management**
- Track and manage renewal timelines for assigned customer accounts.
- Send renewal reminders, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain renewal pipeline and update CRM/systems with accurate status and documentation.
**2. Customer Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and address any objections or service concerns.
- Educate customers on product benefits, features, and value propositions.
**3. Coordination & Documentation**
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) for seamless renewal processing.
- Ensure all documentation, invoices, and contracts are complete and compliant.
- Assist in preparing renewal reports and MIS for internal stakeholders.
**4. Upselling & Cross-selling**
- Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell based on usage patterns and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams for account expansion or product upgrade conversations.
**5. Reporting & Compliance**
- Track renewal KPIs such as retention rate, churn rate, and revenue impact.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or inside sales.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
