- Update CRM and renewal trackers with accuracy.
- Analyze renewal trends and provide insights for business improvement.
- Meet monthly and quarterly renewal targets.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software/hardware products and licensing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
