**Corporate Travel Sales Executive (Female Preferred)**
**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and close business from **MNCs, ministries, and embassies** through regular visits & presentations.
- Manage sales across all **corporate travel verticals** - Corporate Travel, Incentives, Leisure Travel, International MICE & Annual Empanelments.
- Drive **corporate empanelments and long-term partnerships** with enterprises and government bodies.
- Use **AI-driven lead generation tools, CRM & analytics** for smarter business development.
- Conduct **market research & competitor benchmarking** to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and deliver impactful **travel & MICE presentations** to senior decision-makers.
- Maintain strong **client relationships, feedback mechanisms & retention initiatives**.
- Consistently achieve and exceed **monthly/quarterly revenue targets**.
**Requirements**:
- **3-7 years of mandatory prior working experience in Corporate Travel & MICE sales.**:
- Strong knowledge of **all corporate travel verticals** (MICE, Incentives, Leisure, Annual Empanelments, Government Travel).
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Travel, or related field.
- **Fluent in Local lingo, Community language, English** with excellent presentation & communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of **domestic & international destinations, airlines, hotels & travel trends**.
- Proficiency in **CRM, MS Office, and AI-based sales tools**.
- **Comfortable with frequent travel** for client acquisition & meetings.
- Strong **networking, negotiation & deal-closing skills**.
