**Role Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel & Mobility Executive with strong GDS expertise (Amadeus/Sabre) and a solid understanding of end-to-end travel fulfilment operations. This is a full-time work-from-office role based in Bengaluru.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Handle end-to-end corporate flight, hotel and car rental bookings using GDS platforms and internal SaaS tools.

Ø Prepare accurate quotations, travel itineraries and fare comparisons for corporate clients.

Ø Liaise with airlines, hotels and vendors to manage bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.

Ø Ensure timely and accurate documentation, ticketing and billing.

Ø Track travel policy adherence, handle urgent client needs and ensure SLA compliance.

Ø Maintain service reports, support post-travel feedback collection and improve client satisfaction.

Ø Generate leads and close sales for B2B clients for their Domestic and International travel packages.

Ø Build and maintain relationships with B2B travel agents

**Qualifications and Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Travel & Tourism, or related fields.
- minimum 3 years of experience in corporate travel operations or fulfilment.
- GDS experience is mandatory - proficiency in Amadeus or Sabre is required.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international ticketing, fare rules, reissuance and refunds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work full-time from our Bengaluru office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Amadeus: 3 years (preferred)
- Sabre: 3 years (preferred)
- Corporate Travel & Mobility: 1 year (preferred)
