**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning & Execution**: Coordinate and manage multiple e-commerce and SaaS projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, especially those overseas, addressing queries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Platform Management**: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Shopify stores and other e-commerce platforms for clients.
- **REST API Integration**: Collaborate with development teams to manage and oversee the integration of third-party APIs and ensure the seamless operation of API connections within the e-commerce and SaaS environments.
- **Documentation**: Create, maintain, and track project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure project requirements are met and technical specifications are properly implemented.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards and specifications before release.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks or issues related to API integrations, client communication, or platform setups, and proactively work with relevant teams to mitigate or resolve them.
- **International Client Coordination**: Manage multiple time zones and communicate effectively with international clients, understanding cultural differences and providing updates in a clear, timely manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Assist in the development of internal processes, best practices, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management process.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is highly preferred), SaaS products, and REST API integrations.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and Shopify store management.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SaaS product implementation, and API integration best practices.
- Experience managing international clients, handling overseas communication, and coordinating across time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- **Certifications**: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
