Job Title: Billing EngineerJob title:- Project coordinatorLocation: MumbaiDepartment: Projects / ContractsReporting To: Project Manager / Accounts Head/MDJob Purpose:The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing project bills,measurements, and related documentation for the company’s door manufacturing and installationprojects. The role ensures timely, accurate billing and coordination between project, accounts, andclient teams.Key Responsibilities: Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per project progress. Take site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare measurement sheets. Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and clients for bill certification. Prepare reconciliation statements for material consumption and client billing. Maintain proper documentation of bills, work orders, and supporting documents. Assist in rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and estimation when required. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Support accounts team in timely invoice submission and payment follow-ups. Regularly update billing status reports and present to management.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of billing, contracts, and measurement techniques. Familiarity with door manufacturing / interior fit-out / construction industry preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software. Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong coordination and documentation ability. Attention to detail and accuracy.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical.5-7 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in construction / interiors / manufacturing industry.Experience with door manufacturing or related industry will be an added advantage.Employment Type: Full-timeCompensation: As per industry standards and candidate’s experience.We are hiring for Metal Doors & PEB fabrication company.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Coordinator.
