**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create digital solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional, intuitive, and aligned with the user’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design**:

- Work closely with product teams to understand user requirements and translate them into interactive designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Maintain consistency in design elements and ensure a cohesive visual identity across digital platforms.
- **Graphics Designing**:

- Create graphics, illustrations, and icons to support UI/UX design efforts.
- Design marketing materials, banners, social media visuals, and other creative assets as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging promotional materials.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving user experience and interface functionality.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
- **Design Tools & Documentation**:

- Use design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other industry-standard tools to create high-quality design deliverables.
- Document design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the development process.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure your designs remain cutting-edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in creating responsive, user-centric designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Solid understanding of design systems and their implementation.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality design work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with usability testing and user research is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in branding and marketing design.
- Knowledge of motion design or animation (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Experience working in agile development environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
