Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Mohali Phase 8b

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design goals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Translate concepts into user-friendly interfaces that meet business and user needs
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
