**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, gather insights, and define user personas.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to enhance the user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar**.
- Strong understanding of **responsive design, typography, and color theory**.
- Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** (a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
