**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and maintain design systems.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: [Specify years] of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of **UX principles, user research methods, and usability testing**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
