**Position Overview**:
Nerve Cells AI Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences across our diverse range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative solutions in fields such as Web2, Web3, and defense technologies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
User Research:
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and identify pain points.

Translate user needs and behaviors into actionable design solutions.

Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Interaction Design:
Develop intuitive navigation structures and user flows.

Design aesthetically pleasing interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to define project requirements and deliverables.

Present design concepts to internal teams and clients effectively.

Continuous Improvement:
Analyze user feedback and analytics to refine designs and enhance user experiences.

Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Should be fully aware of Design thinking and UX.

1-2 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch.

Specialisation in Graphic design will be Plus

Any additional course in UXD will be Plus

Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects with clear design processes and outcomes.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
