Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, company career page, and social media platforms.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter in an agency or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, tools, and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Full-time
