Ibdp Vice Principal

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Academic Leadership**: Assist in the development and implementation of the IBDP curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and educational best practices.
- **Teacher Support and Development**: Provide leadership and support to teachers, facilitating professional development opportunities and promoting a collaborative teaching culture.
- **Student Achievement**: Monitor and support student progress and achievement, implementing strategies to address areas of improvement and ensuring a high standard of academic excellence.
- **IB Compliance**: Ensure the school’s compliance with IB policies and procedures, including curriculum requirements, assessment standards, and administrative protocols.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the academic team to design and implement innovative and effective instructional strategies and programs.
- **School Administration**: Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- **Extracurricular Programs**: Oversee the development and implementation of extracurricular activities and programs that support the holistic development of students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Supervise the administration of IB assessments and examinations, ensuring integrity and adherence to IB guidelines.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve student and staff issues, promoting a positive and respectful school culture.
- **Policy Implementation**: Assist in the development and enforcement of school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the development and execution of the school’s strategic plans and initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- IB certification or training is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
