**Job Description**:
The Vice Principal will be responsible for:
1. Curriculum Management: o Planning, organizing, and leading the International Curriculum implementation. o Ensuring the curriculum aligns with CBSE standards and fosters holistic student development.

2. Leadership & Supervision:

- Overseeing academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth school operations. o Leading by example and fostering a collaborative school environment.

3. Problem-Solving & Innovation:

- Identifying challenges in the academic or administrative processes and implementing effective solutions. o Encouraging creativity and innovation among staff and students.

4. Communication & Coordination:

- Serving as a link between management, staff, students, and parents. o Conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment with school goals.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensuring adherence to all CBSE guidelines and policies. o Preparing reports on school performance and operational efficiency.

Key Details:

- Salary: Based on last drawn salary and performance in the interview.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
