**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous QC/QA Specialist to oversee and manage quality control across all stages of production. This individual will ensure that our garments meet the highest standards before they reach our buyers, who conduct a thorough 100% inspection of our goods. The role requires proactive management of quality checkpoints, from size set creation to final quality verification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Size Set and Pattern Management**:

- Oversee size set creation and make adjustments to patterns as necessary to address shrinkage or measurement discrepancies.
- Ensure any required pattern adjustments are implemented before the cutting process to avoid quality issues downstream.
- **Inline and Machine Checks**:

- Conduct inline inspections during production to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
- Perform on-machine inspections to ensure stitching accuracy, alignment, and adherence to quality standards.
- **Finishing and Final Quality Checks**:

- Review garments during the finishing stage, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and meet established standards.
- Conduct a final quality check on each batch to ensure they meet buyer specifications and are ready for inspection.
- **Documentation and Communication**:

- Document all inspections, including measurements, adjustments, and any non-compliances.
- Communicate effectively with the production team, providing guidance on required adjustments to maintain quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in QC/QA within apparel manufacturing, particularly in knit garments.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and measurement adjustments.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for identifying and resolving quality issues early in the production process.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple quality checks and maintain documentation accurately.
