**Job Summary**:
The Quality Checker is responsible for inspecting and assessing the quality of garments during and after production, ensuring that each product meets company and industry quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to identify fabric flaws, stitching errors, and any other imperfections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspecting Finished Products**: Review completed garments for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards (e.g., stitching, size, color, fabric).
- **Conducting Spot Checks**: Perform random checks at various stages of the production process to assess quality and identify defects early.
- **Measuring Garments**: Verify the measurements of garments against size charts to ensure they are within the correct size specifications.
- **Testing Fabric**: Check fabric quality, including durability, color fastness, and texture.
- **Reporting Defects**: Document and report all defects or quality issues to the production team or quality control manager, suggesting improvements or corrective actions.
- **Ensuring Consistency**: Ensure that every batch of garments meets the same standards of quality by following established protocols and guidelines.
- **Labeling and Packaging Inspection**: Check labeling (e.g., brand logos, care labels) for accuracy and ensure that products are properly packaged for shipment.
- **Collaborating with Production Team**: Work closely with the production and design teams to provide feedback and ensure the resolution of quality-related issues.
- **Quality Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects found, and corrective actions taken.
- **Adhering to Safety Standards**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any hazards or unsafe practices to management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify small defects in fabric, stitching, and design.
- **Knowledge of Apparel Standards**: Understanding of têxtile quality standards, fabric types, and garment production processes.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to use tools such as measuring tapes, rulers, and fabric testing equipment.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly communicate findings to production teams and managers.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Able to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in quality control or apparel manufacturing is preferred.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional courses or training in têxtile technology or fashion design are a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- The role may involve standing or walking for extended periods of time.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
