**JOB DESCRIPTION** Key Responsibilities**:
The Cash Account Management Associate will support the wider Cash Account Platform initiative. The role will require ownership to deliver technology for operations, which will increase automation and controls.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Project management of specified deliverables
- Change Management - control change process
- Define and assist with Stakeholder metrics for all aspect of Cash Account Management
- Co-ordination of Cash Account Management initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Being a representative on incident calls
- Refining operational requirements for technology builds
- User Acceptance Testing - script building?
- Supporting weekend releases (once or twice a month)

**Skills (required)**
- Data Analysis. Ability to source, analyse and present large data sets.
- Project Management. Execution focused and risk aware. Problem solver who can articulate clear and workable solutions
- Change management. Challenge the status quo and be disciplined in implementing project plans.
- Adaptable able to work globally across departments
- Process design. Understand the strategic objective and work to a pre-agreed framework
- Written and oral communication skills across all levels.

**Skills (Optional)**
- Builds/promotes a client/customer centred organization
- Experience of Industrialisation of new processes
- Experience of working in an Agile Environment
